Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website, services, and offerings of Edurope LLP (“Edurope”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering, signing a service agreement, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

1. About Edurope LLP
Edurope LLP is an education advisory and facilitation organisation providing study-abroad–related services to students and individuals seeking education opportunities outside their home country.

Edurope LLP is:

Not a university or educational institution

Not an immigration authority

Not a visa-issuing body
-
Not a government or regulatory authority
All final decisions regarding admissions, visas, immigration, scholarships, and funding are made solely by the respective universities, institutions, embassies, consulates, and authorities.​
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

“Client” means any individual who accesses the website, registers, signs a service agreement, or uses Edurope’s services in any capacity.

“User” means any Client who accesses or uses Edurope’s website, online platforms, or digital resources.

“Student” means a Client who has formally engaged Edurope for education advisory, application, visa, or related services.

Unless the context requires otherwise, references to “Client” include both Users and Students.

3. Scope & Nature of Services
Edurope provides education advisory and facilitation services only, including but not limited to:

Career and academic counselling

Course and institution guidance

Application and documentation assistance

Education loan and financial guidance

Scholarship and funding advisory

Visa process guidance and interview preparation (if applicable)

Pre-departure orientation

Post-arrival assistance
Edurope does not provide admissions, visas, or immigration approvals and has no authority over final outcomes.
4. Eligibility

Services are available only to Clients who are 18 years of age or older.
-
By using our services, the Client confirms legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If services are availed for a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and shall be bound by these Terms.

5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times

Submit genuine, valid, and verifiable documents
-
Promptly inform Edurope of any changes to submitted information
-
Use services only for lawful purposes
-
Comply with all applicable laws, institutional requirements, and immigration regulations
Edurope shall not be responsible for consequences arising from false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the Client.

6. Fees, Payments & Taxes

Certain services are chargeable and will be disclosed prior to engagement.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing.

All fees are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law or other relevant jurisdictions.

Edurope reserves the right to revise fees for future services without prior notice.
7. No Admission or Visa Guarantee
The Student expressly acknowledges that:

Edurope does not guarantee admission to any institution or course
-
Edurope does not guarantee visa approval
-
Admission and visa decisions rest solely with universities and authorities
-
Rejection, delay, or additional requirements do not constitute deficiency of service

8. Visa Risk Disclosure
The Student acknowledges that:

Visa decisions are made exclusively by embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities
-
Visa refusal, delay, or additional conditions are beyond Edurope’s control
-
Visa refusal shall not be treated as negligence, deficiency, or unfair practice
-
Policy or regulatory changes are not attributable to Edurope

9. Embassy / Consulate Interviews

Interviews may be required (online or in person)
-
Interview selection, conduct, and outcome are solely at the discretion of authorities
-
Edurope may provide general guidance only
-
Failure to attend or clear interviews shall not be attributed to Edurope

10. Refund Policy
10.1 Visa Refusal
Refunds, if any, shall be considered only in cases of visa refusal, and only where refund eligibility was expressly communicated and agreed in writing at the time of service engagement.
10.2 Visa Approval
If the visa is approved and the Student chooses not to proceed with studies, no refund shall be issued.
10.3 Third-Party Refunds
Edurope shall not be responsible for delays, deductions, or denials of refunds by universities, banks, embassies, or other third parties.
All such refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective institution or authority.

Edurope processes personal data in compliance with:

Data may be shared with universities, authorities, financial institutions, and authorised partners strictly on a need-to-know basis and in compliance with applicable laws.
11.5 Client Rights
The Client has the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations.

12. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of Edurope LLP or its licensors.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Edurope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Edurope shall not be liable for decisions of universities, governments, or authorities

Edurope’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service

14. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Edurope LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

Breach of these Terms

False or misleading information

Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
15. Termination
Edurope may suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:

These Terms are breached

Fraud or misrepresentation is detected

Required by law or regulatory authority
16. Amendments
Edurope may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
